Newcastle City Council has done a backflip on the controversial plans for a skate bowl on south Newcastle beach. Richard & Kim spoke to coastal engineer, Peter Evans, who has been against the skate bowl being built there from the get go. He is pleased the Mayor and council have responded to the local community’s concerns and found options.
