Court today for a man after a wild police pursuit ended with a car plunging into a dam in Wallsend overnight
Police began the chase in Cameron Park just before 11 last night, which led to the driver entering bush land in West Wallsend, over an embankment and into the dam.
The man and his passenger tried to flee on foot but were tracked down by a police dog.
