It’s believed that the men, allegedly armed with baseball bats, forced their way into a licensed premises on Elder Street at about 10pm on Saturday.

Officers say they threatened staff members before making off with a sum of cash.

The area was searched with the help of the dog squad a short time later, but police were unable to find the group.
