UPDATE
Police now say Robert Sims may have attempted to catch a bus towards the Newcastle CBD around 2:30pm yesterday.
It’s also believed his ATM card was used at Marketown Shopping Centre at about 6pm.
EARLIER
Police are continuing their search for a missing Kahibah man this morning.
It’s believed 76-year-old Robert Sims went for a walk around 3pm yesterday but didn’t return to his Frith Street home.
He’s described as being of Caucasian appearance with white or grey hair.
He was last seen wearing long dark blue pants, a blue spray jacket and had a green suitcase and walking stick.
There’s concerns for his wellbeing as he suffers from diabetes and epilepsy.
Anyone who has information on his location is urged to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
