Maitland council voted to collect red bins to fortnightly – Richard and Shanna speak to councilor Philip Penfold

Well if social media is concerned the people are not happy with the decision to change the red bin collections, one councilor who voted against the plan was Philip Penfold who spoke to Richard and Shanna why he voted against the decision and some issues around the decision.
