Pete Davis spoke with Salt Ash resident & business owner, Rob Roseworne who lives in the Red Zone at Williamtown. Rob has become the first resident of the Williamtown contamination to have a compensation knocked back by the Department of Defence.
He was told his claim couldn’t be assessed because he is a member of the class action against the Department.
