Richard King spoke with Newcastle Lord Mayor, Nuatali Nelmes & Port Stephens Mayor Bruce McKenzie about the State Governments decision to now not press ahead with council amalgamations locally in the Hunter Region. He also spoke to the Mayor of Maitland Peter Blackmore & the Mayor of Dungog, Harold Johnston.
Local Government council elections will be held on 9th September 2017.
