Free kids raffle with $200 worth of toys cancelled because of one complaint.

East Cessnock Bowling Club after investing over $350,000 in a new kids play area, with kids gym equipment and supporting many other community projects, were going to have a free kids raffle, with $200 worth of toys, 28 prizes to be given out to the kids for free, NO PURCHASE WAS REQUIRED until a troublemaker made a complaint to the minister that the event was promoting gambling to children, and then the government sent letters to stop the event, the club has learned they cant hold a raffle for kids and give tickets away for free. Brent spoke with CEO Marlene Hartog from East Cessnock Bowling Club.
